?? The Cochise College Small Business Development Center is elated to tell you about a NEW program that we are implementing.? It is our Internet Marketing for Business Courses. ?? Each month we will offer 4 different courses designed to help you improve your business/marketing presence on the Internet.? Each course will be a 2 day class, 3 hours each.? The fee to attend?each course is $90.00 per person.? There will be homework?to do before and after each class as well as access to the instructor for help. ?? A pre-requisite for each class is to have and bring your own laptop that can access the Internet via a wireless network connection.?It should?contain all pertinent information that is asked for in the Course Overview.? ?? Students completing this course will begin?answering this?question by creating their own website and be shown how to immediately begin using their site to attract more clients, better serve existing clients and strengthen their "digital brand". ?? Using WordPress, one of the most popular and user-friendly web design systems available today, the student will create a live business website, posted in the World Wide Web, ready for immediate and ongoing use.? Creating and Using a Facebook Business Page With over one billion users, Facebook is the most?popular Social Media in existence.? While many businesses/organizations are familiar with Facebook from using their own personal accounts, there remains a lot of confusion over how best to use Facebook for business.? This course explains why businesses should set up a separate Facebook Business Page to take full advantage of the business tools Facebook offers.? In this course, students will create their own Facebook Business Page, adjust account settings and customize the look-and-feel of their Business Page.? Then?the student will be shown how to use their business account to attract followers with marketing programs and the Facebook's advertising services. ??
